Spam Filters in Cloud Hosting
If you get a cloud hosting package from us and if you take advantage of our email services, you’ll be able to set up spam filters for any of the mailboxes that you create from the Email Manager section of your Hepsia hosting Control Panel. With no more than several clicks of the mouse, you can select between 5 separate levels of safety. In case you start receiving spam, you can begin with the lowest one and then slowly boost the level until you stop receiving spam. We rely on one of the best and most popular spam filters available called SpamAssassin. It checks the header field and the body of each email that you get and calculates a spam score, based on which it either erases a given email or permits it to enter your inbox. The Hepsia Control Panel will also allow you to set up custom email filters and either get rid of unwanted emails or redirect them to a third-party email address like email@example.com where you can view them again after that.
Spam Filters in Semi-dedicated Hosting
If you get a semi-dedicated server plan from our company and if you set up one or more email accounts with any of the domains hosted under the account, you will be able to activate the advanced, 5-level SpamAssassin spam filter that we provide and keep all unwanted email messages out of your mailbox. This option is accessible through the Email Manager section of the Hepsia hosting Control Panel and it can be enabled or disabled for any mailbox whenever you like. You can also configure the safety level with a few clicks of the mouse in case unsolicited bulk emails still enter your mailbox or the anti-spam filter starts deleting legitimate emails. Since you can choose if the spam should be erased momentarily or delivered to a different email account, you can create firstname.lastname@example.org, for example, and view all filtered email messages there, so as to make certain that you won’t omit an email that you require. The emails that the anti-spam filter permits to go through will still appear in your inbox.
